20th: The fairy

Once upon a time, there was a widow who had two daughters. The eldest was similar with her mother, and was so disagreeable and so proud that no one wanted to live with her and her mother. The younger's temper and virtue were similar with her father. In addition, she was one of the most beautiful girls ever seen. This mother really loved the eldest, and the same time had a great aversion for the younger.
One day, when she went to the fountain to draw water, she met a poor woman. The woman begged of her to give her drink. The pretty little girl gave her some of the clearest water from the fountain kindly. In fact, the poor woman was a fairy. She gave her a gift which was ability that there shall come out of her mouth either a flower or a jewel at every word she spoke.
When she went home, her mother scolded at her because she had stayed so long time at the fountain. The younger apologized. Then, there came out of her mouth two roses, two pearls, and two large diamonds. Her mother was very surprised and glad. After she and her eldest daughter heard what had been happened to her younger daughter, the mean daughter decided to go to the fountain. She went there while complaining all the way. When she finally reached, she met a magnificent dressed lady, who was actually the same fairy. The lady asked the eldest to drink. The reason why the fairy appeared as the lady with dress of princess was to see the eldest's rudeness.

I didn't know this story. How do you think the eldest would be at the end? How about the younger?
